WoW Classic & WoW Classic TBC Server Populations

World of Warcraft Classic players can have access to any server that they’d like. This choice of server determines what group of players you’ll be mixed in with, so it is a big decision for those starting out in the game. However, WoW Classic server population can vary quite dramatically. Some servers are particularly low in population, while others have loads of players spread around. In regular Warcraft, servers can mix together with the same guilds, dungeons, and Battle Groups. So while server population is important, there are options if you don’t have many players around. WoW isn’t just limited to the standard game now though. While WoW esports and WoW betting largely cover the new game, WoW Classic is now a big part of the franchise.

WoW Classic has been a huge success. Players have enjoyed revisiting the nostalgic form of the game. In WoW classic, you’re entirely restricted to your server. You even have to pay a fee to transfer, so knowing the WoW Server populations can be pretty important. Most people probably want to avoid an unnecessary cost for moving from server to server. That’s why checking the WoW Classic server populations can help save a lot of time and hassle further down the line.

WoW Classic Fresh Servers

A pretty recent survey from Blizzard has given us a bit of a hint into what we can expect from the game’s servers in the future, or at least what’s being looked into by Blizzard. The survey was sent to random players to judge what the fanbase would like to see in future Classic updates.

The survey asked players their opinions on Classic ‘fresh start’ realms.  They also asked what kind of timeline would be wanted for these servers such as a 2-year cycle or a 12-month cycle. These changes would help give more options for servers in WoW classic, and generally provide players with more choice. It remains to be seen if enough interest was expressed in the survey, or if the results will be acted on by Blizzard, however.

WoW Classic’s population is pretty crowded, showing the title has a lot more pull than just a brief nostalgia. Although, WoW is mainly limited to the standard game at the moment. Keep an eye out for the latest WoW news to keep to date with this.
