The Only Farlight 84 Characters Tier List You Need
Farlight 84 is trying to make a splash in the battle royale scene, but it’s basically being marketed as an ‘Apex Legends for kids’. It’s an attractive, exciting title that’s available on both PC and mobile, but it’s relatively unknown at the moment – but it is gathering traction here and there. In this guide, we’re taking a closer look at the game, breaking down all the Farlight 84 characters that are available and explaining what exactly it is that they do.
With this list in hand, you’ll be able to recognise the best character in Farlight 84. There are plenty of hero characters to choose from, and that list is growing slowly over time. So, which Farlight 84 characters can be considered the best of the bunch? Let’s take a look and settle the question with our one-shot Farlight 84 rank list.
Farlight 84 Rank List | Who is The Best Character in Farlight 84?
One thing that we should get out of the way is that while this is a tier list, it is still a bit biased, and if you are having more success with heroes that are lower on our Farlight 84 best heroes list, do not let that stop you from stomping games and climbing ranks. For the most part, the ‘best character’ in any game can be considered a subjective argument, and while one character may work for you, it may not pay off for the next player.
1. Best Character in Farlight 84 – Maggie

For many, it should come as no surprise that the best character in Farlight 84 is none other than Maggie. This is a go-to character for quite a lot of players, and the reason behind that is her incredible mobility. Being able to gain extra movement after using a Jetpack from her first ability Jet-Boost, and being able to reduce the cooldown on a Jetback with her ultimate ability is one of the strongest abilities in the game.
While Farlight 84 Maggie does not have any abilities that cause damage other than her second one, Blast Delivery; the pure mobility that she gains from her other abilities is an incredibly strong tool that a lot of skilled players can take advantage of, which is why she is considered by the best character in Farlight 84 at the moment.
2. M.K.R.
There is a reason why there are a lot of memes about M.K.R. being a one-robot army, and that is because he is one of the best Farlight 84 characters out there. The reasons for that are somewhat similar to Maggie, which is having a Jetpack reset for increased mobility.
This is achieved through his first ability Down’n Dut, which resets the Jetpack cooldown on a Kill or Assist. While his mobility is substantial, M.K.R. also brings damage to the table with Spray n’ Pray, which allows him to ignore the ammo limit and just keep unloading, as well as the powerful ultimate, Fatal Volley, that has a similar effect but in an area of effect.

3. Ceana
Doing damage and being extremely mobile is cool and all, but a lot of squads would love to have Ceana in her team due to her ability – Emergency Aid – which rescues them faster. Restoration Field is also very useful to provide healing and shield repair, and her ultimate Medi-Ex that spawns drones that can rescue or heal is useful for those plays when your teammates just want to rush in.
4. Momoi
While Ceana is definitely the superior option when it comes to keeping the team up, Momoi is not so bad at it either thanks to her Quick Aid passive that allows her and her allies to use Med Kits and Restore Shields faster. To help the use of consumables, she can also deploy a Smoke Bomb as a distraction that obscures vision in the thrown area, and her ultimate ability Hoarder Drop will help her team get kitted out faster than other teams.
5. Captain
When it comes to Captain, his passive ability – Explosion-Proof – is a bit lacklustre, but it can save him in certain situations when facing a lot of AOE damage as it will reduce it. If you are someone who likes playing it safe, his Barrier Deployment will allow you to quickly heal up under the barrier and bait enemies in for a close encounter while his ultimate Aqua Blast gives you a water gun that slows enemies and does decent damage. Not the best of the Farlight 84 characters, but not the worst.

6. Sunil
If you are someone who likes to spray and move around, then his passive Adrenaline that gives movement when shooting is probably something you will enjoy. While it is not as good as a Jetpack reset that Farlight 84 Maggie happens to have, it is still alright. He does have Springboard, which is a pseudo jetpack, as it allows anyone who steps on it to eject himself in the air. The ultimate ability Enhanced Hologram is perfect when you want to go all in or just run away, as it dispels negative effects and gives movement speed and damage to the team.
7. Beau
As we are getting to the bottom of the Farlight 84 tier list, you will notice that characters that lack mobility are starting to appear. Beau’s passive Assault Rifle Mod Master increases the magazine capacity on Assault Rifles. While that might be useful in some situations, skilled players will not require those extra shots in order to demolish their enemies. His other two abilities, Frenzy Blast, does some damage like a grenade would, and Cluster Granade is just more explosions, which can all be avoided or outplayed by skilled players.
8. Syfer
Putting Syfer on the tier list was a bit tricky, as her passive SMG Pro is not the best one since it just increases the reload speed when using an SMG. Her other ability Area Recon is also mediocre, as it just reveals some enemies that are already nearby. However, we placed Syfer on the eighth spot purely because of her ultimate EMP Shock that disables devices, damages shields, and, most importantly, disables Jetpacks that high-tier heroes love to abuse.

9. Duckysyde

If aesthetics were the goal of this Farlight 84 rank list, we would easily place Duckysyde at number one. However, when it comes to his abilities, he is only at number nine. His passive Double Restore grants a double effect to a Shield Recharger, which can come in clutch quite often, but sometimes it is useless as you are killed before you can use it. Smoke Bomb is just like Momoi’s ability, nothing exciting, and his ultimate Travel Barrier is purely a defensive ability that allows him to take advantage of his passive better.
10. Watchman
Defence characters have never been the best option in battle royale games due to their inability to push, and Watchman finds himself at the ten spot because of that. His passive Auto-Guard makes an energy barrier when he takes damage, which players can just wait out. Bunkers Away puts up a wall that players can go around, and his ultimate Freeze Defense Turret is something that players can just walk away from as well.
11. Yong
Seeing the enemy footprints with Track ‘n Trace can sometimes be useful, but most of the time, you will already hear the enemy when they are nearby, so it is a wasted passive. The second ability that Yong has is to put a Springboard that ejects the user in the air, which is cool, but not as good as a Jetpack reset, and the ultimate Divulge that provides info in an area of choice is not as good as other ultimate.

12. Lucinda
Shotguns are usually not the best weapons in shooters, which is why Lucinda’s passive ‘Shotgun Assault’ is considered one of the worst, as all it does is increase magazine size and reload speed on shotguns. Her ability Portable Incendiary Bomb is a grenade that does damage over time, and if players can move out, it is not good. The same can be said for her ultimate, Absolute Gravity, as it doesn’t do as good of a job at sucking people in as it should.
13. Phantom
Fatal Shot, which is Phantom’s passive ability, sounds amazing, as headshots from Sniper Rifles deal extra damage. However, this is usually really hard to do, or it is overkill to begin with. Her second ability Portable Scout is not that great, as it will reveal her location better than the enemy’s, and her ultimate, Optic Camo, is great for ambushes but useless at long-range combat.
14. Ember
What makes the Farlight 84 best heros are either mobility, damage, and perhaps sustain. However, Ember has none of that, as all of his abilities are around vision. His passive Eye of Truth renders him immune to Smoke Bombs, his second ability is a Smoke Bomb, and his ultimate – Vision Erosion – is just a useless ability that exposes your team’s location to other teams, as those who are near you already know where you are.
While we have reached the end of ranking all the characters in Farlight 84, keep in mind that the game does change from time to time, and with it, the meta. Even smaller changes can shuffle the tier list around, and of course, if you are doing great even with a character like Ember, do not let our opinions change your mind about him or the rest of the cast!
