Yes, 7 Days to die is partially cross-platform compatible. The game is cross-platform only between consoles, meaning if you are playing on PS4/5, you can play with Xbox one players. However, if you are playing on PC, you can’t play with someone who is on any other platform. This makes 7 Days to Die one of the best crossplay games out there. A game that you can somewhat compare with 7 Days to Die would be DayZ, but again with DayZ crossplay still not being supported, 7 Days to Die still has the upper hand.
