Doom: Does it support Crossplay
In recent times the demand for crossplay in our favourite franchise has sparked discussions on what single-player games should have crossplay. Unfortunately, despite popular demand, Doom does not support cross platform play.
This makes a lot of fans unhappy, Doom is strictly console exclusive leaving players on PS4 and 5 unable to queue up together, there are several reasons as to why this is the case as implimenting cross platforms is challenging, costly and needs a standby team always monitoring and making changes to servers when necessary.
Bethesda currently has no plans to add crossplay to Doom but that might not be the case in a few years, so fingers crossed as we wait.
