League of Legends Patch 9.5 rundown
Champion changes
Akali – PBE changes to Akali have carried over to this patch. Twilight shroud duration will now have its duration immediately extended by 3 seconds when re-enters shroud. E initial damage buffed, while recast damage slightly lowered. In an effort to buff Akali, her ultimate cooldown has been reduced across all levels.
Dr Mundo – E magic resistance increased largely at later levels, making Mundo much more tanky.
Gankplank – Powder Keg (E) bonus damage to champions increased in the early levels to help his laning phase.
Graves – Base AD increased by 3, now to 66.
Jhin – Q AD ratio buffed by 0.05 at all levels.
Neeko – E has been simplified and root duration also getting an increased. First enemy hit will be rooted for 0.7/0.9/1.1/1.3/1.5 seconds, while other enemies hit are rooted for 1.8/2.1/2.4/2.7/3 seconds.
Nunu & Willump – Base health reduced by 20, now 570. Q heal reduced at later levels.
Rakan – W base damage slightly increased at later levels, however, dash speed will now be a flat 1500.
Tryndamere – Huge change to Tryndamere’s passive, now allowing crit chance cap to increase as he scales with milestone levels 1/6/11/16 granting 35/40/45/50% max crit chance.
Sylas – W base heal decreased in favour of higher AP scaling. Makes tanky Sylas less viable.
Vi – Scaling attack speed per level reduced from 2.5% to 2%. Passive shield buffed from 10% of max health to 15%, however, cooldown increased by 4 seconds across all levels. Q AD ratio reduced from 1.6 to 1.4, a large damage nerf to the ability, however to minimise impact on her clear, reduced damage to non-champions have been removed. Large buff to Vi’s Denting Blows (W), with increased attack speed at later levels, and reduced passive cooldown (by 3 seconds) when W is triggered.
Item changes
- Stormrazor – Attack damage and attack speed both increased by 5, now granting 60AD and 30% attack speed.
Rune changes
- Aftershock – Bug fix, grants 2.5 seconds of resistance instead of 2 seconds.
- Conqueror – With conqueror being too strong in the late game, Riot has decided to tone it down this patch. Adaptive force per stack reduced at later levels, from 2-10 to 2-6. Large damage reduction of 20 adaptive force at max stacks in the later stages of the game.
- Cut down – Bonus dagae slightly increased from 4-10% to 5-12%.
